Job Description

The sales manager will be responsible for maximizing organizational team potential, creating sales plan, meet customer acquisition and ensure there is revenue growth in a company.

Qualification required: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

Minimum experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a sales representative or sales manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that will expand company’s customer base and ensure its growth.
• Building, maintaining and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shift while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Promoting the organization and products
• Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
• Achieving sales objectives
• Managing organizational sales through developing a business plan that covers sales, revenues and expense control.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  

Key requirements:

1. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
2. Excellent Witten and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
4. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
5. Experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
