Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales (managerial role preferred).
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Must have an established and active customer database/network. Ability to meet sales targets.
Willingness to work in Mwanza or Zanzibar.
