About the Role: Sales Manager (Real Estate Background) / Real Estate Agent

We are looking for talented individuals to fill 3 positions for Sales Managers with a background in Real Estate or as Real Estate Agents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm and contribute to our success in the Zanzibar market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the sales team.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Strong leadership skills.
