flySunBird is local aviation registered company providing helicopter services dealing with different clients in different industries. Currently, it is looking for Sales Support Officer who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.
The role of Sales Support Officer involves assisting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and supporting sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient processes for sales related activity
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of the hospitality and/or aviation industry is an advantage
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Swahili and a working proficiency in English
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.
- Managing reservations, quotations, and payments.
- Providing information about services, and policies.
- Assisting with booking changes and cancellations.
- Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Following up with potential clients after quotes to close sales.
- Assisting with sales strategies and initiatives.
- Managing and analyzing sales data.
- Maintaining customer records and databases.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Providing support to internal teams, such as ground staff and customer service.
- Contributing to the smooth operations of the sales area.
Job Location: Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar
