Job Description

We are seeking vigilant and professional Security Guards to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring premises, and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to prevent theft, violence, and other criminal activities.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Conduct security checks and inspections
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a Tanzanian
• Form IV Certificate as a minimum requirement
• Must have undergone through JKT or Militia training preferred
• Excellent observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm or alert in stressful situations
• Good knowledge of security practices not less than 1-2 years of experience in a similar function.
• Self-disciplined
• Must be a resident of Dar es salaam
