Security Manager

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Security Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security policies, procedures, and systems to safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets, information, and personnel.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations across all company sites and facilities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including recruitment, training, deployment, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security standards.
- Investigate security breaches, theft, and other incidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective measures.
- Develop and manage the department’s security budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead awareness campaigns and training to promote a strong security culture among employees.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Criminology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Must have undergone and successfully completed JKT/JKU training.
