Lead and oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, compliance, and internal controls while supporting the CFO in strategic financial management and supervising junior accounting staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA (T) or ACCA preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in accounting or finance
Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an added advantage
Prepare and review financial reports, P&L, and Balance Sheets
Support the CFO with financial analysis, budgeting, and decision-making
Supervise Junior Accountants, Cashiers, and accounting operations
Oversee reconciliations, inventory controls, and variance analysis
Ensure tax compliance, audit readiness, and internal control effectiveness
Monitor receivables, payables, and overall financial accuracy
