Senior Bus Mechanics

YUTONG AUTOMOBILE (TANZANIA) LIMITED is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:

Job Description

Responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, servicing, maintenance and repair of YUTONG buses, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable and maintained to the required technical standards.

Qualifications

• Olevel, A level Certificate, Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Motor Vehicle Mechanics or a related field.
• Significant practical experience in bus or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, including engines, transmission, braking, suspension and steering systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Experience working with YUTONG buses or other commercial/electric vehicles will be an added advantage.
• At least three years of experience.
• Chinese language skills are preferred.
