About the job

The incumbent will be an experienced and self-motivated individual with confidence in delivering wallet share growth and good customers retention by building and managing client relationships. The Senior Customer Relation Manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction

The incumbent will be an experienced, self-motivated and high-energy with experience of solving security issues for clients, designing and implementing pragmatic solutions and engaging with senior management and other key stakeholders to gain their support for such programmes.

This position will work closely with other senior executives and business unit leaders to originate, identify and progress long-term business opportunities. Close cooperation will be needed with the Extractive Services Director, Strategic Clients Group, Sub Saharan Africa and Operations Director, Africa.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing an extensive network of business and political relationships for GardaWorld.
