Job Summary

We seek a strategic Senior Manager Branch Operations to enhance operational excellence, strengthen compliance, and ensure efficient, risk-managed operations across the Bank's branches while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen operational controls, risk management, and audit readiness across all branches.
• Monitor branch performance, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.
• Drive process improvements, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Operations Managers and branch operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years' banking experience, including 5+ years in a senior operations role.
• Strong knowledge of branch operations, risk, and compliance.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
