Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to drive portfolio growth, manage key corporate relationships, acquire new business, maximize revenue, and ensure sound credit, risk, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Acquire new business and drive lending, deposits, and fee income.
• Cross-sell banking products and identify ecosystem opportunities.
• Support credit processing, monitoring, and portfolio quality.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and credit requirements.
• Monitor risks, client performance, and reporting obligations.
• Lead, coach, and manage Relationship Managers where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 6+ years' experience as a Relationship Manager.
• Strong financial analysis, relationship management, sales, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of credit, risk management, banking regulations, and market trends.
