FABEC Investment Limited is the Sub Contractor for WASCO ISOAF TZ LTD in the EAST AFRICA CRUDE OIL Project (EACOP) contracted to build the coating plant in EACOP coating yard in Tabora region Nzega district, Igusule ward. The company is seeking eligible and gualified applicants for the following positions:

Site Human Resources Officers: (3 positions)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Management of the recruitment processes
2. Maintaining of all the recruitment data and records.
3. Participating in the community employment awareness programs.
4. Preparing the recruitment plan
5. Ensuring compliance of the HR processes including recruitment, manpower data and training records.
6. Monitoring staff attendance in daily basis.
7. Processing of HR reports.
8. Perform other related issues as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Public Administration or any other related field.
• Must be Computer literate.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the busy HR environment preferably working in Construction/project environment.
