We are hiring a Site Manager for Stone Quarry Operations.
Location: Msata, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Reporting to: Company Director/Owner
Minimum 5 years' experience in quarry, mining, or heavy construction materials operations in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing stone quarry or open-pit operations.
Strong knowledge of drilling, blasting, crushing plants, excavators, loaders, and dump trucks.
Experience in supervising and managing skilled and unskilled workers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ability to prepare production reports and manage site documentation.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). Swahili is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies on site.
Physically fit and willing to live on or near site (accommodation provided).
Valid driving license (manual transmission).
Legally eligible to work in Tanzania (work permit support available if needed).
