Branch Manager

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and performance-driven individual to fill the position of SME Branch Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance for Dare es Salaam, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maximizing market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly branches portfolio growth
• Provide leadership and guidance to the branch teams
• Achievement and maintain branch targets
• Ensure continuous and thorough training of branch employees
• Review reports from all branches

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration or any other Business related field
• At least 2 year experience in sales
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
• Achievement of Sales target
• Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
