Key Responsibilities

  1. Software Development
    • Write efficient and maintainable code, actively contributing to the development of software solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project requirements.
    • Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
  2. Business Analysis
    • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications, creating user stories and detailed requirement documents.
    • Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
  3. Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  4. Quality Assurance
    • Participate in the testing and debugging of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements.
    • Contribute to user acceptance testing, validating that solutions align with business needs.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Learning
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.
