HR World Ltd, on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Stock Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing all stock management activities, including daily reconciliation, product receipt supervision, and accurate record keeping for LPG, cylinders, and related accessories. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, ensuring stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to company safety and compliance standards.
Perform daily reconciliation of LPG, cylinders, seals, and accessories to ensure alignment between JDE system records and physical stock.
Supervise vessel receipt operations to ensure loss-free product handling and compliance with operational procedures.
Record and update all steps and activities during LPG receipt from vessels for accurate tracking and reporting.
Conduct daily tank gauging to confirm product levels and integrity.
Prepare and submit LPG stock reports to the finance department on a daily and monthly basis.
Monitor cylinder seals and recommend timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Process customer orders, load confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes accurately to ensure efficient delivery and minimize complaints.
Verify the correctness of loading sheets, pick slips, and dispatch documents to facilitate smooth product distribution.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all stock and dispatch documentation for easy retrieval.
Oversee manual recordkeeping and serial control where applicable to ensure traceability and compliance.
Manage fuel stock and consumption records, ensuring timely reconciliation of top-ups and usage.
Provide effective customer service through accurate administration and product availability.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and security regulations, maintaining high standards within work areas and documentation handling.
Prepare gate passes, reports, and daily summaries as required for stock and dispatch activities.
Carry out lawful and reasonable instructions from supervisors and management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company housekeeping standards.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in stock control, warehouse supervision, or logistics operations — preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems (experience with JDE is an added advantage).
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems).
Proven ability to maintain integrity and accuracy in all stock control operations.
