Location: Zanzibar
Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Hotel supervisor
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods.
Ensure proper storage of items in accordance with safety, hygiene, and hotel standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Issue stock to departments, including kitchen, housekeeping, bar, and maintenance.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare periodic inventory and consumption reports.
Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items promptly.
Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
Basic accounting and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with hotel operations (F&B, housekeeping, maintenance supplies).
