Syrup Room Operator - SBC Tanzania Limited

SBC Tanzania Limited is a well-established and progressing multinational company that supplies soft drinks products nationwide. We have plants in Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, and Mbeya. Currently, our Mbeya Plant seeks to urgently recruit qualified, experienced and finger-on-skilled personnel to fill the following position:

Job Position: Syrup Room Operator (1 Position)

Location: Mbeya.

Position summary

To ensure timely and proper syrup making to support production.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Responsible for operating and controlling machines in the syrup room.
• Performing CIP as per CIP Matrix and Company requirements.
• Accurate reporting of information related to Syrup Making.
• Timely ordering of needed concentrates.
• Timely/Immediately report to on any failure in syrup making.
• Cleaning and replenishing in processing areas (Syrup room equipment) as per GMP requirement.

Competencies/skills

• Knowledge in Microbiological Testing.
• Knowledge in Chemical Testing and Standardization methods.
• Ability to write reports.
• Good English language both spoken and written.

Entry requirement

• Certificate/Diploma in Laboratory/Chemistry of Food Science
• At least one Year experience on related field.
