HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who has the ability to independently find innovative and creative solutions to create networks, build relationships and find prospective candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes & culture fit in-depth, using detailed discussions and interviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with key networks including candidates, recruiting agencies, and professional bodies.
- Organize and participate in key events and activities necessary to build and maintain business networks and leverage them for candidate referrals.
- Monitor the current systems and strategies to uncover inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve while bringing fresh new ideas for improvements in capacity building.
*QUALIFICATION*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources or as a talent acquisition executive.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) and ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information. Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Ability to contribute fresh ideas that will help shape the talent strategy of a fast-growing company.
