Lead and supervise Business Relationship Officers to achieve branch business targets.
Drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, lending growth, and revenue generation.
Enhance customer experience, satisfaction, and retention through quality service delivery.
Develop and implement branch business development strategies to identify new market opportunities.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support staff development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant banking experience in business development, sales, customer relationship management, or customer experience.
Previous experience supervising or leading a team will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets, grow customer portfolios, and deliver excellent customer service.
Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of banking products, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
