Job Overview

Onfon Microfinance Tanzania is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven individual to fill the position of Territory Brand Lead (Central Zone). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s brand presence within an assigned territory, as well as driving customer acquisition and sales of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

The Territory Brand Lead will be responsible for:

• Implementing marketing and brand promotion strategies within the assigned territory.
• Leading and supervising the sales team.
• Identifying and recruiting new customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience in marketing or sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Retainer and commission based.
