Management and Development for Health (MDH) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization whose primary aim is to contribute to addressing public health priorities of the people of Tanzania and the world at large. Job Title: VOLUNTEER – FACILITY BASED TRACKER (16 posts)
Full-time work station: CTC & PMTCT Clinics
Reports to: Facility In-charge
The facility Based Tracker should have the following qualifications:
