Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible in managing and overseeing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. S/he is expected to be exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time.

Job Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or any other related field.
2+ years of warehouse management experience preferred.
3 years experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees.
Experience of working and dealing with people in a warehouse setting Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and Swahili,
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Leadership skills and ability to manage employees.
