As one of Tanzania’s largest online/eCommerce business companies, Azampay_Sarafu relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfillment centers/warehouses.

We are currently looking for a professional Warehouse Manager who will:

Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, inc. quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, on-time delivery, and manage customer queries
Responsible to develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, orders processes, and delivery
Train, coach, manage and develop warehouse staff to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines
Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system
Develop and maintain KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and training and safety records
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
Meet regularly with Operation Leaders to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the warehouse, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Conducting regular inspections on warehouse conditions, as well as tools and equipment
Establish, monitor and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures
Establish a timely and effective reporting procedure, submit daily, weekly and monthly reports of various warehouse reports
