Scope and Purpose of Job
As a Chef, your role is vital in perpetuating our company aims, goals, and objectives! The primary purpose is to ensure staff are well served and work together with management in a smooth, safe, and harmonious manner.
Requirements
Experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong multi-tasking skills from 1-3 years' experience.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a bush environment.
Commitment to a high level of customer service.
Strict attention to detail.
Knowledge of hotels, lodges, and restaurants.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion.
Knowledge of food production is a must.
Certificate or Diploma in hotel management.
Must have basic knowledge of English and Swahili languages.
Must be willing to be based in camps in remote locations.
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
