HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced and proactive HSE Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to foster a safe and sustainable working environment across all logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with national occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, providing recommendations and corrective action plans.
Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
Oversee HSE training programs and awareness campaigns for employees at all levels.
Monitor and analyze HSE performance indicators, preparing regular management reports.
Collaborate with line managers to integrate HSE standards into daily operations.
Manage emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness.
Promote a strong HSE culture across the organization.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting of incidents as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certification in HSE (NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH) is a strong advantage.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HSE management, preferably in the logistics, transport, or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
