About this job

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for applying the right processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver campaigns to a high standard. You will need to liaise with internal team members & clients to ensure campaigns & briefs are being delivered to deadline.
REPORTING TO:EXECUTIVE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for videography, photography, press media, contributing to the content calendar, writing scripts, press releases, editing, and producing content.
Create contents to be used in mission-related events, activities, and more
Manage all video and sound gear, equipment, sourcing stock footage and music, and develop and maintain adequate management process for all these items.
Must keep a backup of content that allows for easy recall if old content is needed (photos and video).
Manage all other aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production.
Must keep up to date with best practices for production and continue to improve the quality of content.
Work with teams from all business lines to create videos to be used in multiple channels and digital platforms
Serve as the in-house photographer for corporate internal and external events
Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production schedule.
Maintain organizational quality standards and consistency of digital assets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Fine Arts and Performance, Digital Media, Visual Production, Cinematography or other related majors
Experienced in a Production-related role at a brand, production company, or media / creative agency.
Extensive knowledge and experience with video editing and publishing software.
Experience and knowledge with video cameras, phone cameras, and proper formatting and conversions for PCs.
Video production in the studio and outdoor environment
The ability to take direction in setting up a shoot, preparing the correct gear, setting it up, and operating it.
Working knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, audio, and video switching hardware (live broadcasts).
Exposure to web streaming platforms and encoding/stream management. Experience with Sound Design and Audio production is a plus.
Knowledge of running YouTube and Podcast channels.

Ability to interpret project briefs and objectives from multiple sources.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas
Strong understanding of Adobe CC software.
Excellent concept development skills
Commercially minded and motivated to exceed targets
Self-motivated, naturally curious, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
