Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
Supervise and support production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment for smooth operations.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management within the manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Office applications.
