About the Role
Coastal Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Geita, Tanzania. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting projects within the aviation, transport, and logistics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage various projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage project teams and stakeholders effectively.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project progress and updates to senior management.
Key Requirements
Tanzanian Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Logistics & Transport Management or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or other regulated operational environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Advantage
Candidates with knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Aviation Security, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Aerodrome Operations or a valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) Licence will have an added advantage.
