Public AuctionAt St Jude’sThe School of St Jude invites interested bidders to attend a public auction of used and new items.Date: Saturday 22 November 2025Arrival time and viewing: 8:30am – 9:30amAuction time: 9:30am – 11:30amPlace of auction: St Jude’s Sisia Campus, Moshono, ArushaContacts:Aimable Karamaga - 0716676537Lister Gerald- 0755534741FleetTractorCar tiresGarage itemsCar batteriesElectronics and other staffPrintersBooksLaptopComputers, Monitor and mouseDrumsCablesMaintenanceWoodMetalTanksChairsAuction conditionsBidder Entry and Viewing: Bidders will be allowed to enter through the gate for item viewing and preparation between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, after that, the gate closes for bidding session.Auction Start: The auction will begin at 9:30 AM, led by the MC.The MC will start from Lot 1 and continue to the last lot.For each lot, the MC will announce the starting price set by the auction committee.Bidders will then place their bids openly until the final (winning) bidder is confirmed.Conduct of an auction:A St Jude’s representative will record the winning and second-highest bidders as announced by the MC, before moving to the next lot.Payment and Clearance: Winning bidders, together with the responsible St Jude staff member, will go to the Finance Team (located at the head office corridor) immediately after winning to complete payment, get receipts, clearance, and a gate pass, and prepare for item collection.Item Collection: All successful bidders must collect their purchased items between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM on the same day, under the supervision of St Jude staff.Payment terms: 100% on announcement of winning bidder.Failure to pay: The 2nd bidder shall be announced the winning bidder and so on.All purchased and paid for items must be removed on same day of auction. Failure to take away the items shall result in their confiscation by St Jude’s and NO REFUNDS shall be made.Vehicle parking: There will be no parking inside the campus. please park outside the gate without blocking the main entranceReservations: St Jude’s reserves the right to cancel any part or the whole of the auction at any time before and/or during the auction and further reserves the right not to disclose reasons for any such cancellations.For more details open here
