Americares Foundation Tanzania is seeking a qualified Offeror for the supply of four (4) units of Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) / 4-Wheel Drive.

Engine & Transmission
Performance and Fuel consumption
Suspension System, Steering, and Brakes
Dimension & Capacity, including seating capacity
Comfort & Convenience (including air conditioning)
Interior Features
Exterior Features
Safety Features
Seating Capacity
Country of Assembly and country of manufacture
Warranty
After-sale services
Cost of vehicle with Standard features vs additional features
Cost of vehicle with automatic transmission v manual
Cost of shipping if applicable
Confirm if vehicle is tropicalized
Confirm the availability of spare parts for maintenance and/or average shipping time for ordered parts

Delivery Instructions:
Location for Delivery: Americares Tanzania Office (location to be determined at time of sale)
Timeline for delivery: Not later than 90 days.
Additional information:
Americares Tanzania office staff should be present during delivery to sign-off on documents
The quotation must include the following:
Copy of valid Company Trade license, Tax certificate (VAT), certified copy of representation if a representative of a manufacturer;
A detailed description of the quoted items;
Information on delivery cost, method, date;
Detailed information on any warranties offered by the vendor;
Quotation in US Dollars inclusive of tax, excise and other duties or taxes;
Information on the number of days for which the quote is valid;
A statement that vendor will adhere to Americares terms and conditions;
Local Registration
Evaluation criteria:
Offers will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specification, qualifications, and experience of the vendor, price, after-sale service, delivery time, and related criteria.
Submission of Quotes
Submission Deadline:
The quote must be submitted to Country Director, Americares Foundation Tanzania, P.O.Box 49, Mwanza Tanzania no later than 07/07/2022.
Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
