About this job

An experienced and committed Shop Keeper.
We are looking for a passionate Shopkeeper to run an Organic Shop in Morogoro. You will be the one to ensure that the shop is maximizing sales and attaining shop sales targets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to sell organic products and provide an excellent customer service. Having an experience of selling agricultural and food products as well as a knowledge on organic agriculture will be an added advantage.
 
Tasks:

Communicating the weekly products demand to the Sales manager
Serves customers by selling products and meeting their needs
Interact with customers and answer questions about products
Ensuring an attractive products display on the shelves
Providing a good customer service
Receiving, documenting and responding to customer complaints and feedback
Implementing promotional campaigns to boost sales at the shop
Stock management at the shop
Preparing and submitting weekly sales reports
Ensuring the shop and its surrounding are clean and attractive

Education and Experience

Certificate in Business Administration, Procurement and supply, Sales and Marketing or related field,
A minimum of One year experience in sales and marketing
