Job Description

OVERVIEW

HR World on behalf of our client, we are looking for an Accountant to manage the accounting and financial activities within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options
  • Gather and monitor financial data (eg sales revenues, expenditures & liabilities)
  • Analyse data, investigate variances, summarize data, informantion and trends
  • Monitor and report on accounting disreancies
  • Created KPI reports
  • Assist with preparation of month-end and accounts close processes
  • Assist in organizing and carrying out Internal Audits
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation on daily basis & make continuously follow up in all reconciling transactions
  • Manage Petty Cash handling as per company’s policy
  • Analyses all expenses and ensure all tax deductions and or exemptions are performed
  • Answers accounting procedures by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
  • Calculating tax liabilities & ensure they are promptly paid


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience in the same field
