Accounts Payable Officer

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Bravo Coco Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. The role will manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor relations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, match with POs and delivery notes.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments (cheques, transfers, mobile).
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and handle queries.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
• Support audits, reporting, and month-end closing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA partly qualified or in progress an added advantage.
• 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, MS Excel, and Tanzanian tax compliance.
• High integrity, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
