ADMINISTRATIVE & ACCOUNTANT OFFICER

HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for an Administrative & Accountant Officer to manage all accounting transactions in an organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly&annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable&receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments          
  • Audit financial transactions&documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality&conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies&regulations
  • Organizing&managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers,&senior-level officers
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone,&physical mail
  • Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials&requisitioning meeting spaces
  • Attend meetings and record notes & messages for managers and senior-level officers.

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • A degree in accounting or similar.
  • Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in management systems.
  • Administration skills.
