Through our innovative digital agriculture product, Kilimo Pesa, we extend our reach to over thirteen regions, supporting smallholder farmers.

Assistant Customer Experience Officer (2 Posts)

The Assistant Customer Experience Officer plays a vital role in our mission to deliver exceptional service and a positive customer journey. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, gathering feedback, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors. We are looking for individuals who can uphold our customer-centric approach to accessible financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and in accordance with Victoria Finance's standards.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of service quality benchmarks.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Victoria Finance's diverse range of products and services.
  • Maintain a visitor logbook, issue visitor badges, and assist with scheduling meetings and managing appointment calendars.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable role. Experience in the microfinance or financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated high levels of empathy, patience, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
