Roles & Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities

• Plan for audit engagements, supervise the execution and ensure teams deliver quality work which meets firm’s standards and complies with other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships by fully understanding their needs and expectation and endeavour to exceed them.
• Provide on the job coaching to the junior members of the team and contribute to their professional development.
• Pursue opportunities in the market and get involved in business development initiatives.

Requirements

Required skills

• Ability to work with teams of diverse background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Project management skills.

Required experience and qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Recognised accounting profession qualification (CPA, ACCA, etc).
• Minimum of six years in the provision of professional assurance services.
• Reasonable understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Audit experience on a wide range of industries will be added advantage.
