BUSINESS ANALYST

On behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Providing financial Information to aid the decision-making process.
• Harmonizing the allocation of capital and resources with the operating budget.
• Determining and developing user requirements for maximum profitability
• Performing financial and operational modeling and developing new models for good business decisions.
• Collect and analyze the projects business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value.
• Assist in enforcement of project deadlines, schedules and methodologies
• Optimize budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams and maintain proper communications
• Effectively collaborated with project member to ensure exchange to business information, developed innovative approaches to problem solving and continuously sought ways to improve communication and engagement.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, BA or Entrepreneurship.
• Experience in Banking especially Credit or Marketing.
• Fluent with Microsoft office (excel, word &power point).
