What You'll Do:

• Identify and approach new corporate clients.
• Generate leads and close recruitment and training deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up proposals and manage the sales pipeline.
• Increase company visibility through outreach and networking.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident with clients.
