Collection Officer

Work Station: Zanzibar, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor NPL accounts, ensuring at least 95% have timely feedback and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and submit NPL schedules to employers and ensure payroll reloading is completed within set timelines. Conduct regular reviews of portfolio performance and share weekly updates with the Head of Collection.
- Engage with retired clients to facilitate deductions from social security benefits and submit monthly status reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with HROs and participate in all scheduled trainings to enhance performance and compliance.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
