The Forum for African Women Educationalists Tanzania (FAWETZ) is inviting qualified organizations and individuals to provide capacity building services in project management, financial management, and budgeting.

FAWE, a Pan-African Non-Governmental Organization network, advocates for transforming education systems to promote gender equity and equality. FAWETZ is one of 34 chapters in Africa, implementing FAWE’s mandate at the national level.

Purpose of the Facilitators
To build FAWETZ staff capacity on project management, financial management, and budgeting ensuring effective resource utilization.

Develop practical skills in impact report writing and resource mobilization

Budgeting & Planning: Principles of NGO budgeting, budget structures, forecasting, donor requirements, cost allocation
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Components and formats of financial reports, donor reporting requirements, internal controls, audit readiness

Duration
The assignment will last within two days.
Profile and Qualifications
Project Management: Minimum Master’s degree in project planning, at least five years of experience in project management, proven training delivery record, strong facilitation skills, familiarity with adult learning methodologies.
Financial Management: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economics or related field, minimum five years of NGO work, understanding of NGO missions, proven financial management system expertise, CPA or ACCA preferred.
