Entertainment and Marketing Manager

Bravo Coco Beach Limited is currently looking for a passionate and experienced professional to fill in the Entertainment and Marketing Manager position.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Entertainment and Marketing Manager to lead and grow our brand presence while curating unforgettable guest experiences. This role blends strategic marketing expertise with a passion for live events, music, and hospitality. You'll be responsible for driving foot traffic, building customer loyalty, and creating memorable entertainment programming that aligns with our brand.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or entertainment management (hospitality experience is a must).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a knack for building community and excitement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, beachside environment.
• Knowledge of music and entertainment trends, especially those appealing to a beach and nightlife audience.
