Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Agribusiness
• 3years plus in Farm Field operations and negotiation.

Job role

FPO’s Responsibilities:

• Face to face price negotiations for farm produce
• Daily price update report
• Execute farmers recruitment & profiling in the company database
• Develop farmers harvest calendar for three months for various crops
• Coordinate farming contracts management options
• Conduct a survey on farmers
• Ensure consistency and supply of quality farm produce
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Publicity activities at farmer level to ensure all activities and EAF contribution on farmer income generation are well known in the community;
• Support creation of improved linkages between farmers, cooperatives, public and private service providers and other relevant stakeholders through the development of inclusive business cases;
• Conduct other activities as assigned by the management.
