FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
LOCATION: MWANZA
HR World limited on behalf our client in Automotive industry, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager who will manage the financial operating systems, processes, administration, and internal controls supporting the organisation's mission, enabling sound business decisions based on financial accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Represent the company in all forms of communication, maintaining good working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.
• Respond to and follow up on all enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits as required.
• Responsibility for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and quality communication and output in all interactions with key stakeholders and external contacts
• Ensuring timeous payment of all stock and branch expenses – local and foreign.
• Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
• Establish internal controls, systems and processes which provide Financial Corporate Governance, reflected through audits.
• Prepare the monthly Estimated Liability schedule for foreign exposure
• Ensuring monthly preparation of obsolescence and upliftment schedules and distribution to reviewers and stakeholders.
• Assist auditors with queries
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years of Finance experience in a similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
