Head Of Operations

Job Overview: The Head of Operations is responsible for leading and managing all day-to-day operational activities of the Bank, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-centric service delivery across branches and digital channels. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, minimizing risks, and contributing to the achievement of the Bank’s strategic goals.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a senior operational management role.
• Proven experience in branch operations, clearing, payments, loan administration, or customer service operations.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking (BOT, FIU, AML, etc.).
