Job Purpose
The Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Representative handles the company's call centre including incoming customer calls and outgoing calls on sales. Their duties include answering calls within the allotted time, speaking with clients to learn how they can assist them and recommending the best products, services or solutions.
Job Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or similar field
- 2 years' experience working at a call centre
- Must have an inbound and outbound call centre experience
- Verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of sales principles and methods Active listening and paying attention to details
- Problem-Solving skills
- Telephone and data entry skills
- Documentation /report writing skills Good computer skills
