Lifting Engineer

LIFTING ENGINEER
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Lifting Engineer who will be responsible for managing day to day lifting operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Be responsible for managing day-to-day lifting operations for the project.
• Plan, organize, supervise, and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities
• Writing of Method Statement and Risk Assessment for all lifting activities.
• Prepare of lifting plans and lifting permits.
• To coordinate and oversee all lifting operations within the work site ensuring compliance with Regulations & project's HSE procedures.
• To conduct & record daily briefings.
• To verify all lifting plans to ensure lifting operation will be carried out safely.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections of works on site to ensure compliance with authorities' and client's requirements
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field.
• 4 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills
