Marketing Manager

Location: Tanzania

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of experience

Reports to: General Manager/BG-Building Solution

Job Purpose

To oversee the marketing function, develop and execute approved marketing strategy and plan as well as building strong brands that connect with consumers, customers, and influencers to meet agreed business objectives to evaluate market research, market understanding, and use consumer and customer data in developing relevant plans

Job Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor degree in Marketing and Communications
• Masters in Marketing, CIM qualification (or country professional equivalent)
• Background in the manufacturing industry in essential
• General work experience (years) 8 to 10 years out of which min 4 years in Managerial role
• Ensure compliance to group corporate identity on all touchpoints
• Project management skills
• Supervises Managers and Officers in Marketing Department
• Develop and manage internal communication and systems
• Manage and develop the company’s brands
