Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC) through Global Fund Grants is looking for enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals whom will work under contractual agreement to fill the following vacant positions:

NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS AND LEPROSY PROGRAM

Job Title: Office supervisor – 1 Position

Location: Dodoma

Reporting to: Administrator – NTLP

Duties and responsibilities 

1. Receiving and processing incoming mails, bills, invoices and Newspapers
2. Assisting Office Management Secretaries in:
3. Receiving official guests envisioned to meet the Program Manager
4. Sending emails, approved documents to potential stakeholders
5. Receiving office landline calls
6. Supervise daily office cleaning and management of hard office wastes
7. Perform any other duties assigned by program administrator

Experiences and Qualifications

1. Certificate of office attendant
2. At least 10 years of experience working with government systems
3. Experience working with TB and leprosy
4. Age limit: 50 years.

Terms of Employment: 3 years Contract (Renewable based on Performance and availability of funds)
