POSITION: People and Culture Business Partner 

INDUSTRY: Banking 

REPORTS TO: Head of People and Culture 

JOB LOCATION: Dar es Salaam 

JOB PURPOSE 

To provide HR solutions to a portfolio of business units and be the principle point of contact for Staff at Head Office for HR related issues. 

PREFERRED EDUCATION 

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Science or any other related field. 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE 

• Ability to handle fairly complex HR projects independently. 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 

• 4-5 years experience including in HR Business Partnering 
• 2 years' experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred.

• Recruitment and Exit Process. 
• Performance Development. 
• Business Partnering 
• Learning and Development/Leadership Accountability Employee Satisfaction 
• Governance and Control 
• Employee Relations 

KEY COMPETENCIES 

• Change management skills. 
• Managing relationships. 
• Good understanding of Reward and Benefits methodologies.
